Terms & Conditions
- License & Driving Skill: A valid driving license is required. Renter must be experienced and honest about driving ability.
- Rental Period & Pricing: Minimum rental is 2 days (even if used for 1 day). Free delivery requires at least 5 days rental for 110–125cc bikes, or 3 days for 150cc+. Shorter rentals must pick up and return the vehicle at our office.
- Flat Tires: Renter is responsible for repairing or replacing flat tires caused by road damage. Major tire replacement is covered by Seseh Rental.
- Vehicle Use Restrictions: Driving outside Bali is not allowed. Only the renter is permitted to drive the vehicle.
- Lost Items Fees:
- Key: $15
- Remote: $100
- Helmet: $15
- Documents: $75
- Cancellation & Refund: 50% cancellation fee applies for monthly rentals. No refunds for daily/weekly rentals or unused fuel.
- Pickup & Delivery Fees: Free within Canggu, Seseh and nearby areas. Outside Ubud: Rp 6.000/km additional charge.
- Breach of Terms: If rules are broken, Seseh Rental may reclaim the vehicle and take legal action. If the vehicle is lost and no key/remote is returned, renter will be charged 50% of the market value.
- Limitation of Liability: Seseh Rental is not responsible for injuries, deaths, or legal issues during rental.
